GUIDELINES & INFORMATION
The Eco Points program gives you one point for virtually every dollar you spend on Ecoist.com (1 dollar = 1 Eco Point). As you accumulate Eco Points from purchases made on Ecoist.com, you can view the amount when you log into your account. Use your Eco Points to redeem discounts on purchases on Ecoist.com. During redemption, 1 Eco Point is the equivalent of 2% dollar value. Your account must be in good credit standing to be eligible for redemption.

Merchandise returns and other financial adjustments will be deducted from your total Eco Points. Corporate, wholesale, and employee accounts are not eligible to participate. All point redemptions for Eco Points 2008 must be made by April 1, 2009, but can be redeemed at any time during 2008. After April 1, 2009, twenty-five percent (25%) of unredeemed Eco Points 2008 points—up to a maximum of 5,000—will be carried over to Eco Points 2009.

Points cannot be earned on sales tax, delivery and processing, gift packaging, and Ecoist gift certificates. Customers will be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; delivery, processing, and handling fees; and insurance. Points are not convertible to cash on Ecoist accounts. The program reserves the right to change program and guidelines at any time without notice during the program year. All awards are subject to availability. Certain additional important restrictions may apply. The issuance and acceptance of products, tickets, confirmation orders, and/or vouchers shall be deemed consent that Ecoist LLC, its officers, directors, and employees shall not be, or become, responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in connection with any loss, death, injury, and/or damage howsoever caused or arising.
